Dr. Vigdis Vestreng is a senior adviser at the Norwegian Environment Agency (NEA) and project leader for the ChiNorBC and ChiNorCH4 projects on the Norwegian side. She is responsible for and has developed the field of short-lived climate forcers (SLCF) at NEA the last ten years. The Agency's work has contributed to place Norway in the forefront in developing integrated policy strategies for abatement of climate change and air pollution. NEA is the focal point for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and Vestreng has been instrumental in the Panel's decision to develop globally applicable Guidelines to estimate emissions of SLCF.
Mr. Tor Skudal is a senior adviser at the Norwegian Environment Agency (NEA) and is responsible for coordinating the ChiNorBC project on the Norwegian side.

Mrs. Ingeborg Rønning is a senior adviser at the Norwegian Environment Agency (NEA) and coordinate the work on Output 2 on the review emission inventories of BC/OC in China in the ChiNorBC-project.
Mr. Scott Randall is a senior adviser at the Norwegian Environment Agency (NEA) and coordinate the work on health (Output 4) on the Norwegian side. He has also contributed to the Output 1 on the review of emissions and measures for black and organic carbon (BC/OC) and Output 2 on the review emission inventories of BC/OC in China in the ChiNorBC-project.
